P to PA, Inc. (PtoPA. Head Office: Ariake, Koto-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Shengyang Huang, Ph.D.), in association with Stylife Corporation (Stylife, Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Iwamoto Shinji), has introduced an interactive communication widget as a new content on Stylife’s cosmetic shopping website, “Stylife Beauty” (http://beauty.stylife.co.jp). The new content, “Beauty & Cosmetics,” allows users to speak with a makeup artist, “Takako,” to discuss users’ worries and questions, and also to teach them about “Makeup Feng-Shui.”
One of the main features of CAIWA, powered by the artificial intelligence technology, is facilitating stress-free, natural conversations between humans and computers by using CAIWA’s natural language conversation engine.
The new conversation widget, “Beauty & Cosmetics,” now available on Stylife’s website, allows users to enjoy an informative and entertaining text-based conversation with Takako, while at the same time revealing users’ needs and opinions to Stylife.PtoPA will continue to provide new and exciting web-based services that use the natural language conversation agent, CAIWA.
